The floor plan is back to basics with function over form, as the outdoors is really the place to be. The large 32’x9’ covered front porch strategically faces the Black Creek Canal, which leads directly to The St Martins River and out to The Gulf of America. A stacked stone garden wall at the entrance to the property adds a shire-like, romantic touch, reminiscent of a time long ago. Seawall and dock are a head start. Public water is a plus! NO HOA & NO DEED RESTRCTIONS, so bring all your toys! The Ozello Keys are connected by Ozello Trail, a curvy, scenic 10-mile road that meanders through salt marshes, mangrove islands, sabal palms and cedars and is famous for its unforgettable views of nature and wildlife. The Fish Creek Boat Ramp is 3 minutes away and the Ozello Community Park is only 7 minutes away for both a Boat Ramp and Kayak Launch. And with great fortune, your right smack in the middle of St Martins Marsh Aquatic Preserve and Crystal River Preserve which offer thousands of acres for boating, kayaking, fishing (both recreational and commercial), scalloping, birding watching, hiking, photography and more! The setting for the tale of your grand adventure is here. All you have to do is decide what to do with the time on your journey!
